THE BRIEF

BRING NEW CUSTOMERS TO THE CATEGORY FOR MARKET LEADERS 10 CAL

As 10 Cal Jelly’s lead creative agency for the last 6 years, the answer to this brief was simple – fish where the fish are. Our strategy of using social as a lead channel for the brand, based on consumer insight that showed our core consumer was spending more time on this channel than any other, meant we could deliver substantial reach, bring in new consumers, and have a lot of fun with content creation while we did it.

With a 360 social remit including social strategy, creative copywriting, scheduling, boosting strategy  and community management, first stop was an in-depth Tone of Voice workshop to identify how we want to behave, and from that a whole new brand look and feel was born.

The 10 Cal social feeds were completely overhauled with bright, impactful, moving content that delivers brand tone and messaging with humour, making the 10 Cal social feeds an altogether more engaging place to be.
